Women Do Business, true to its commitment to establish a landmark conference for Crete and women’s entrepreneurship, with the organizational support of Zita Congress and Event Management, is pleased to announce the Second Pancretan Conference on Women’s Entrepreneurship with International Participation. The event will take place in Heraklion, Crete, on February 21–22, 2026, at the Aquila Atlantis Hotel.
Following the successful inaugural conference in Rethymno—which became a reference point for female entrepreneurship in Crete, attracting over 250 participants—this year’s two-day event returns dynamically, hosting dozens of speakers across 12 selected thematic sessions. Its goal is to highlight prospects, challenges, and opportunities in entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership, with a central focus on women’s contributions.
Furthermore, the conference will offer live subtitling—available both in person and remotely—in ten foreign languages as well as in sign language, reinforcing the message of accessibility and equal participation. The conference presents a unique opportunity for networking, knowledge exchange, and the development of collaborations, featuring distinguished professionals and representatives from institutions, businesses, and organizations from Greece and abroad.
The invitation is extended to every individual, institution, and business that supports the potential of women’s entrepreneurship. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase best practices, strengthen new partnerships, and create future prospects. Additionally, participating businesses will be able to promote their products and services to a targeted professional audience, enhance their outreach, and help shape the landscape of women’s entrepreneurship in Crete and beyond.
Pricing:
2 days: General admission €90 (includes lunch & coffee breaks)
1 day: General admission €45 (includes lunch & coffee breaks)
Livestreaming: €50 online for both days
With the active contribution of institutional bodies and businesses, the conference aims to establish itself as a reference point that empowers, inspires, and promotes women’s entrepreneurship.
